Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Eldermere Edge website, dashboard, indicator and related services (the “Service”) operated by Eldermere Trading Ltd. (“Eldermere”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country. You are responsible for ensuring that using the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
2. Account & access
- One person, one account. Sharing login credentials, screen-sharing the dashboard, or redistributing data is a material breach of these Terms.
- We monitor login locations and IP addresses to detect account sharing. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions, one-time purchases & pricing
- All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and inclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Monthly memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard.
- One-time (“Lifetime”) purchases grant access for the operational lifetime of the Service, with no auto-renewal.
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, full or partial, under any circumstances. By completing checkout you waive any statutory cooling-off period to the maximum extent permitted by law in exchange for immediate access to digital content.
4. The Eldermere Edge TradingView Indicator
- The indicator is delivered as invite-only access to a Pine Script v6 product on TradingView, granted to the username you supply at checkout.
- Access is typically granted within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- You may not copy, decompile, redistribute, resell or publish the indicator code or screenshots in a manner that allows another person to reproduce its functionality.
5. Acceptable use
- You will not scrape, bulk-download, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service.
- You will not use the Service to harass, defame, or break the law.
- We reserve the right to investigate and take any action we deem appropriate, including immediate termination, for breaches of these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
All content, code, branding and data on Eldermere Edge are owned by or licensed to Eldermere. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for the duration of your access.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eldermere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, or trading losses. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or for safety, security or legal reasons. You may cancel your account at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms.
