Last updated: 4 July 2025 · Eldermere Trading Ltd., England & Wales

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Eldermere Trading Ltd. (“Eldermere”) collects, why we collect it, and how we use it. We are the data controller for the purposes of UK GDPR.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data — your Google email, name, profile picture (via Google OAuth), and TradingView username (if you purchase the indicator).
  • Usage data — pages viewed, watchlist items, sessions including IP address, approximate city/country (via ipapi.co), browser user-agent and timestamps. Used for security and to detect account sharing.
  • Payment data — we never see or store your card number. Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments UK Ltd.). We retain order history (amount, currency, package, status) for accounting and tax purposes.

2. Why we use your data

  • To provide and secure the Service.
  • To send transactional emails (welcome, receipts, support).
  • To detect and prevent account sharing, fraud and abuse.
  • To comply with legal and tax obligations.

3. Lawful bases (UK GDPR)

  • Performance of a contract — to deliver the Service you bought.
  • Legitimate interests — to protect our business from sharing/abuse and to improve the product.
  • Legal obligation — tax, accounting and anti-fraud requirements.

4. Sharing

We share data with carefully chosen processors only: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), MongoDB Atlas / our hosting provider, ipapi.co (geo lookup) and Google (OAuth). We do not sell your data and we do not run third-party advertising on the dashboard.

5. Retention

Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account plus 6 years for tax and accounting compliance. Session logs are retained for 12 months. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

  • Access — a copy of your data.
  • Rectification — correction of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure — deletion of your data, subject to our legal obligations.
  • Restriction and objection.
  • Portability of data you supplied.

To exercise these rights, email eldermeretrading@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

7. International transfers

Some of our processors are located outside the UK/EEA. Where this is the case we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Cookies

We use a single httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email.
