All sales are final. Eldermere Trading Ltd. does not offer refunds for any product or subscription, full or partial, under any circumstances.

Why no refunds?

• You receive immediate access to digital content (live market data, scores, indicator code) the moment your payment confirms.
• Once delivered, this content cannot be “returned”.
• By completing checkout you expressly waive any statutory cooling-off period to the maximum extent permitted by law in exchange for that immediate access.

Use the free tier first

The Apprentice (free) tier exists so you can evaluate the platform before paying. If you have questions before purchasing please email eldermeretrading@gmail.com.

Cancellation of monthly memberships

You can cancel a monthly membership at any time from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; no further charges will be made. The most recent month is non-refundable.

Failed indicator delivery

If your TradingView username cannot be located after multiple attempts and you have provided correct details, contact support. We will work with you to grant access — we do not refund.
